Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is damaged upon receiving the delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to info@freshitive.com within 48 hours with your order number, a picture of the damaged product, and what you would like to do. Lastly, the item must also be in the original packaging when you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (not applicable)
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds to any orders that are a part of pre-order periods that have been closed. All proceeds will have been already donated and all costs will have already been paid.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@freshitive.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
